We are happy to accept returns of unwanted items and you have 30 days from receipt of the items to return them for an exchange or refund. This includes fully priced or sale items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached and with the original packaging in good condition.
To complete your return, we will also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, that you will be responsible for the delivery charges and costs of returning your purchase to us, unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item in question is damaged or defective.
Returns are processed within 5-7 working days from when they arrive back and a refund will be made using the original payment method for the full amount of the product purchased - usually within a further 5-10 working days, but this does depend on the card issuer or payment provider.
You have a right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please notify us in writing within 14 days that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s) and we will be happy to offer you a full refund including any standard delivery charge.

Ensure that you keep a ‘proof of postage’ as we do not accept responsibility for any items lost in transit. Where you are returning an item because it is faulty we will also need to see a copy of your proof of postage in order to refund you the return postage costs.
